"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
A Bit About Therapy
It is not uncommon for people to arrive at a place in life feeling imbalanced, stuck, and sometimes defeated. In my practice, I work collaboratively with my client's to move forward through these difficult times. I utilize an integrative mindful approach to address the person as a whole and to promote balance, healing, and wellness. I believe in meeting each individual where they are and jointly creating a plan that will best meet their needs and assist them in digging in to let the inner beauty shine through.
Individual Therapy
I provide one on one counseling to individuals varying in age, to help create balance, make connections between past and current behaviors and attitudes, and develop healthy goals and change.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can be like a dance and at times, meeting and even figuring out, each others emotional needs can be difficult. I can help you navigate these difficult times and get to a place where things begin to flow again.
Family Therapy
I strive to foster healthy growth within the family unit. Understanding dynamics and roles each individual takes in the family can be confusing. Creating healthy communications can benefit everyone involved.
Groups
I offer occasional groups focusing on various topics including, but not limited to, Coping Skill & Self-Esteem development for children and adolescents. I will also offer Nature Talks for groups or individuals in which sessions will take place out in nature instead of the traditional office setting.
